Horizon provides Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services throughout the United States. We serve over 1,000 employers, taking great care of their more than 4 million employees and their dependents. We provide immediate phone access for both employees and supervisors in crisis or simply in need of help and support. We have a nationwide network of counselors available to meet with individuals or with groups who are in need. We help employers deliver their mental health care in a more efficient, cost effective and high quality manner.
We also provide specialty services as medical plan behavioral administration services, work-life web based services, legal assistance, financial assistance, elder and child care support, disability management, disease support and other concierge services as desired.
